The Speed and Agility Program includes a multitude of exercise and drills. Below is an explanation of what is involved and covered in each session on

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Nights
Ages 7yrs to 11yrs commence at 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Ages 12yrs to 18yrs commence 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Training is located at Kokoda Oval, Holsworthy NSW. Locate on Google Maps.

Sunday Mornings from 8.00am to 9:00am.
Training is located at Flinders Slopes, Georges Hall NSW. Locate on Google Maps.

AFL Ruckman Training nights
Ages 12yrs to 16yrs commence 6:00pm to 7:00pm (Only Tuesday and Thursdays)

Sessions include:

  • Running Drills
  • Technique analysis and correction

Strength & Conditioning

Sessions include

  • Anaerobic interval training
  • Plyometrics
    hops, bounding and jumps
  • Body weight exercises
    Push ups, squats, core work

Agility

Sessions include:

  • Speed ladders
  • Agility Poles
  • Mini Hurdles
