The Speed and Agility Program includes a multitude of exercise and drills. Below is an explanation of what is involved and covered in each session on
Monday and Thursday Nights
Ages 8yrs to 18yrs commence 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Training is located at Kokoda Oval, Holsworthy NSW. Locate on Google Maps.

Running Techniques
Sessions include:
- Running Drills
- Technique analysis and correction
Strength & Conditioning
Sessions include
- Anaerobic interval training
- Plyometrics
hops, bounding and jumps - Body weight exercises
Push ups, squats, core work
Agility
Sessions include:
- Speed ladders
- Agility Poles
- Mini Hurdles
