The Speed and Agility Program includes a multitude of exercise and drills. Below is an explanation of what is involved and covered in each session on

Monday and Thursday Nights
Ages 8yrs to 18yrs commence 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Training is located at Kokoda Oval, Holsworthy NSW. Locate on Google Maps.

Our Program will re commence on the Monday, 9th January 2023

Running Techniques

Sessions include:

  • Running Drills
  • Technique analysis and correction

Strength & Conditioning

Sessions include

  • Anaerobic interval training
  • Plyometrics
    hops, bounding and jumps
  • Body weight exercises
    Push ups, squats, core work

Agility

Sessions include:

  • Speed ladders
  • Agility Poles
  • Mini Hurdles
