What happens if I have booked for a session and it is washed out?
An additional session will be added to your booking in the instance of inclement weather.
Do I have to notify anyone if my child is going to miss a session due to illness or injury?
Yes. Please contact the coaching coordinator as soon as you know you are going to miss a session.
Can my child attend more than 2 sessions per week?
We strongly advise against more than 2 sessions per week. This allows for young bodies to recover and rebuild themselves stronger.
How old does my child have to be to participate?
This type of training is suitable for children aged between 9 and 17 years of age. Special allowances may be given in some cases. This must be approved by the coaching coordinator prior to booking any sessions.
Can I drop my child off and pick them up at the end of the session?
Yes. Although it is an expectation that parents arrive to collect their child well before the conclusion of the session.
Can I get a refund on any unused sessions due to COVID Restrictions?
Yes.
Can I use my Active Kids Voucher to pay for my bookings?
Yes we are an active kids provider through Service NSW. Please choose this option upon registration.
How do I book and pay for my sessions?
Sessions can be booked by completing the online registration form. All booked sessions need to be paid for directly into the Speed & Agility Coaches account or using your active kids voucher. Banking details will be emailed to you with a relevant payment reference code when your booking form has been received.
Do the coaches have Working with Children Checks?
All our staff have current Working with Children Check numbers. These can be provided by the coaching coordinator on request.
What if my child gets injured at training?
There will be a qualified first aid officer on site who can administer first aid for a wide range of medical conditions and injuries.
