When searching for a training program its important that your coaches are trained and accredited. All of our Speed and Agility coaches are accredited Level 2 or higher, ensuring insurance coverage and delivering the highest standard in coaching and training.
Our Coaching Team
The wellbeing of an athlete takes precedence over results. Although improved performance is at the forefront of our training principles, it will never come at the expense of potential chronic injuries or compromised self confidence.
Overtraining is a major issue we see on a regular basis in young athletes which leads to reduced performance, low motivation levels and poor immunity. Seen time and time again… kids who are world beaters when they are 10 and have disappeared in 2 years time. You have to be patient. Results take consistency over time, and we take that time.
We see Fitness and Agility training as an evolving journey of the body and mind! In our view, Speed and Agility workouts help to refine the athlete focus on their chosen sport and provide them with the very edge that will help take them to the next level.
